Legend has it that Kandanar Kelan, an ancient warrior, was out hunting in the forest when it suddenly caught fire. Finding no other means of escape Kandanar Kelan climbed a tree but the fire consumed him still. When another warrior god saw Kandanar Kelan’s ashes in the burnt forest, he traced his form with a bow and gave him back his life.
