This approximately 5 year old dessert turtle came creeping into my backyard on a sunny summer day, probably heading to my veggie garden for a feast. Its very rare to see a dessert turtle of this age make it in the city limits as usually raccoons, coyotes, and other predatory animals catch them at a much younger age. Photo by:
